Well Hello There! Im finally back to work. Ive been off for almost 2 weeks. i was off a week w/ swine flu and went back to early. I got sick with a nasty sinus infection and after 2 rounds of antibiodics im better and back at the office. With MUCH to catch up on. I however did decide to pay much better attention to what im eating and plan plan plan because when i dont, i dont normally make good choices :( Anywho i didnt mean to run off on ya. I still try to check in but  have been crazy busy with work and then the sickness.

So, what are you all eating today?

i had 1/4 of a banana w/ a tsp of PB with my meds about 6.
Im drinking a protein shake now
I'll have tuna salad for lunch
for a snack if needed i have 1 boiled egg and 6 grapes.
dinner will be a stuffed chicken breast or protein shake.

I hope you all have a fabulous day and i'll try to check back in before i leave work!!!

Oh Hilary...it is great seeing you here.  I am so glad you are better and back.

L - 2 chicken fingers, 10 fries

S - 16 almonds

I honestly do not have a clue, yet.  I will fill this in later.  Love ya!!

pineapple and cheese and mayo? I 've ate that before! Use to be my moms favorite sandwich! I might have to make one sometime soon!

Well hello Hillary!

Today is workout day at the gym with my trainer sooo--I had to carb it up a little more this AM.

Breakfast
3/4 cup special K protein and 1/4 cup Skim milk
Apple
protein shake


Lunch
protein Shake

Snack
?

Dinner
5 oz turkey--cup mixed veggies.

Spent 25 minutes on stationary bike and 1/2 hour VIGOROUS Weightlifting!  I can hardly type.  We did arms, abs and chest today.

Sure is good to have you back.

I am glad you are finally feeling better! 

I know for me, it is easier to just be "lazy" this far out and not eat correctly. I need to be better about my choices every day.

Your exactly right. I eat "normal" most of the time. I try to tell myself that im not dieting im actually going back to being normal WLS...but then everyones always like are you on a diet, why arent you eating with us. It really sucks sometimes.

Your day sounds good mainly the Starbucks part!!!!!!!!!! Love me a skinny cinnamon dolce!
