Breakfast - oatmeal a little butter and 2 pk. of splenda. 1 cup of decafe' coffee coffee mate and 1 pk. of splenda

Snack - 3 graham crackers 

Lunch -  2 chicken fingers with ketchup

Dinner - 1 roll,   1 pc. of smoked sausage, Thats all!

D-3 oz baked chicken breast and steamed broccoli
