support meeting

HI everyone, I just moved to Fayetteville Tennessee... I had my surgery in Birmingham and was attending support meeting there.... since moving to Fayetteville I have been trying to find a support meeting I can attend... I am willing to travel to Huntsville for a meeting if anyone knows where one is taking place....

I am going thur a ruff patch in my life right now... me and my husband are going thur a divorce, I have moved and life right now is hard... But God is good... the past week I have been all the wrong things, and eating too much, this scares me to death... I really need to go to a meeting right now.. Can someone please help me...

The first Thursday of the month (this coming Thurs)  there is a weight loss support group meeting at the Huntsville Hospital Wellness Center on Governor's Dr. The lapband folks meet at 5 and by-pass folks at 6. The ladies that lead the meetings are great!

No problem! I'm at the lapband meeting and usually around for a few minutes afterwards showing folks where the clothes closet is and etc. Linda, Anna and Angie are great ladies and full of information!

what is the cloths closet???? 

The Wellness center has a closet that is full of donated clothes by WLS patients. You donate clothes that don't fit you anymore and int he process you're helping others. Clothing is so expensive when you're dropping sizes so quickly. I've taken about 4 or so trashbags there.

that is good to know... I am in need of some blue jeans right now... will have to check it out when I get there... :D
