Seriously, together let's commit to making the right choices today.

No snacking!  Drink a minimum of 8 - 8 ounce glasses of pure unadulterated water.  Eat PROTEIN first!!!  Vegetables next and skip the blooming carbs and sweets!

Most Of all celebrate YOU!!!!  Move your "hiney" and let's drop some pounds!!!!

Good Morning back at cha!  Got to do the monthly bill paying today then going to try and drag my "hinney" to the gym again today.
Still a bit sore from yesterdays workout, but not injured I don't think.

Great to see your smiling face, and hear your cheery voice this a.m.

I am more than ready to lose some pounds.
