Cash Up Front

Do all the WLS doctors in North Alabama charge an up-front fee? 

l think all doctors ask for a consultation fee up front.

Mine didn't, but then my insurance is covering 100%. 

as far as i know they do. dr murrell only required a $200 first visit fee, and credited it on my account after i followed thru with the surgery. but she has since moved away :(   i know several drs who charge up-front fees for the first few appointments, with no repay from your insurance. if there are any who don't, i am not aware of them.
