Got to get back on track....

Well--for six weeks now I have been sick one way or another--so I haven't done everything I should--in some cases I couldn't.  I have been on a plateau--but today I started to get back on track.  I journal my food--got the correct amounts and walked 30 minutes.  It is amazing how quickly you get out of shape.  I was doing 1.5 miles in 30 minutes now I am doing a half mile.

Good for you!  It is tough when we feel ill .... I don't know about you, but in the old days I ate to comfort myself.  Now, it's abou****ching a goofy tv show or taking a nap.  Take the time to figure out how to take care of yourself and that will help!
