Insurance Help!!
Hi Everyone!
I am just wondering if anyone can give me some advice... I had medicaid and have done the 6months reports and all that I needed to do for the RNY but had a BMI of 39.7 2 months ago so Medicaid denied me..before that I had been between 40.1 - 40.5(last 10yrs). I have since then been approved for disability and will not have Medicare till next March don't qualify for Medicaid. I am searching for an Insurance Provider that will cover my surgery. Since I have had Medicaid for past 2 yrs I qualify for a Statement from the state so that I will not have waiting period between coverage.. From all I have read on the BCBS site, I don't see that they cover it..if they do, what's the process?
