hello Alabama Friends....

I'M up--and feeling better for a change. It has been a rough six weeks with Pneumonia, another Respiratory infection and then a kidney stone--I have lost no weight--but I hope the worst is over. Gonna get back on track--start with some walking then hit the gym.

Let me tell you...you have done an awesome job already at losing the weight.  To have gone through what you have, I think you have done awesome!!!!!  You take care of you!!!!

I'm so glad you are feeling better. I still have a respiratory infection and believe me, I know all about kidney stones. I've had more stints than a person should be allowed to have.

You're doing a great job at losing the weight and we're all so proud of you.
