Sorry im just now getting here today. Its been a hectic day here at work.

If you would spare a prayer for me. I know there are far more important needs but im missing my daddy today tremendously. I had dreams all night long that made me cry in my sleep. Mainly reliving his time in the hospital and his death. It just tears me up. I know he's with Jesus and he's better off but i miss him.

Thanks guys!

So how have you done eating wise today? Me? Not so good. I did make one good choice today. Ive decided to work it in my budget to rejoin the gym. Even if i can only go on Mondays and Wednesdays and weekends it'll still be worth it.

Today for me was
b-nothing
s-carrots and ranch
l-meatloaf green beans sweet potato
s-cinamon roll. about half. i could puke. i knew better.
D will be fiesta lime chicken from Applebee's. Im gong out w/ my aunt tonight!

I hope to do better tomorrow. Actually...i WILL do better tomorrow!!!

Hope yall have had a great day!

B - egg & toast
S - chocolate donut
L - small refried beans from Taco Bell
S - another chocolate donut
D - baked chicken

As you can see, I have not had a very good day so far. Well, the doughnuts were good but then I got depressed for giving in. Sheesh, give me some mud and call me a pig.

Sorry about your bad day. I get those days where I miss my daddy and my husband. Life can be cruel sometimes. I've learned to just brush all those sad memories off and try to remember the good, the funny, the one's that make me thankful I had such wonderful men in my life at all.

 Hilary,

My Daddy died in 1992...to this day I can't stand to visit his grave because it gets me so upset. I just choose to recall the happy times instead. It gets better...but you will always miss him!! This is true of death, divorce, or many other situations. Time makes things better eventually.

Today's eating...not so good!!! Guess my right to be stupid kicked in....

B- 1 slice leftover pizza
S- 1 small apple and a few Combos
L- 2 slices leftover pizza
S-none
D- no idea yet...maybe a baked sweet potato

Not the bestday...but could have been worse!!

Pam...my Daddy died in 1992 too.  It was Nov. 1992, the week of Thanksgiving.  I remember the good things - they just flow from my memory, but I can be in a store and hear a song that reminds me of my daddy and begin to cry.
A few days before Olivia's baby shower, she found her baby book and was looking through it.  I saved her 1st birthday card from my mom and dad.  My Daddy had signed it...she showed it to me, and I fell to pieces - so, Pam, you are not alone.
Love ya...and, you are not stupid.

Hilary,

I feel you on the missing your dad thing.  Sometimes, there's nothing for it but to miss them.  Hope you sleep better tonight.

Came home at noon today because I was so tired and my coworkers were asking what was wrong with me looking so "peaked and all".  Took a four hour nap, cancelled my dinner date for tonight and am running a fever.  Go me.

BUT!  It hasn't stopped me from eating.  UGH.

B:  Protein shake

S:  Protein bar

L:  Skinny Cow truffle bar (goodness, I love them)

S/D:  Cottage cheese with pineapple and another truffle bar (did I mention I love them?)

S later:  some baked tostitos

Then BED.
