Coolest Call today to date.. I plugged OH :)

I had a customer call today to get an extension on her bill because she just had lapband surgery!! I told her about obesity help. She doesn't live in Alabama but I thought how cool.
I told her about how much Weight I lost and how I go to a local support group which I am OH certified. I told her to get in a local support group and to get online!!!! 
Just thought I'd share no matter where you are who knows who might drop the "I've just had surgery" .. :)
Of course she did ask more surgery questions than DirecTv. What a way to make the personal level connection with the customer though. They cannot flag me for building a relationship!!! ROLF!!! 

Good Job! And I'll bet she tells her friends...."I talked to the nicest Direct TV person today!"

I hope she does!
She sounded better after the call than when she called in :)

 Julie...that is cool!! I took a loan application from a Bariatric surgeon in Murfreesboro, TN yesterday. I had to tell him about my WLS...he was really a nice guy!!

How cool!! Yea we can't help but stop and talk sometimes even admist business! :) lol
Besides it makes us more personable! :)
