Good Morning Everyone!!! I hope everyone had a great day yesterday and the morning has started off good for you! Mine sure has! I woke up a little late but thats ok!
Im trying really hard to forget all the bad things i had realized i picked up along the way, or reverted back too. SO im planning my days and hoping they equal out to be a good day when i track them at the end of the day!
Today is
B-Ham and Cheese Omlette
L-Meatballs
S-cheese stick--if needed
D- Cottage Cheese and tomato probably.
Do you have a plan? If not thats ok. I will do the What'd ya eat post later this afternoon!

Yep! Regardless of how bad things are here at work, I'm stickin to it!
B-1/2 WW eng muff with melted colby cheese
L-1/2 ww tortilla with ham, cheese, tomato, lettuce and mustard
D-taco salad-homemade (lean beef, fat free refried beans, lettuce, tomato, salsa, cheese and low fat sour cream)
I'll do the treadmill tonight then I'll have a SF fudgesicle!

B: decaf coffee w/ protein
L: peanut butter protein shake of some sort
S: Reduced fat cheese
D: Refried beans with low fat cheese, unsweetened decaf tea
Oh, and today I get my staples out...They are beginning to itch and still a little red in places. Will be glad when they are gone. Every once in a while I sort of bump one and it smarts. Leaving for B'ham with hubby about lunch time.
PS The staples are OUT! Yipee!
