So noone seemed to reply to my plateau buster thing....So ive gotta go hunt for it. I guess im doing the 5DPT.. so far

B-Protein Shake/Iced Coffee. I took a Cafe Caramel protein shake over ice and put a lil coffee in and mixed good. AWESOME!

L-Protein Shake/Iced Coffee. I took Vanilla RTD protein shake over ice and put coffe in and mixed.... NOT AWESOME.. i got maybe half of it down.

S (400)--Chocolate Protein Shake

If i get hungry later i'll have another Cafe Caramel Protein Shake minus the coffee mixed in.
