No matter what come against us, whether it be food addiction, drugs, depression, or anything else that would affect us negatively, we have the power through Christ to overcome. Trust solely in Him for help and He will be there.
Ahhhhh...things are right with the Bama Board again...I've had my hug from Carmen. You and your hugs have been greatly missed Carmen!!!

I'm glad you and John had such a good time while you were gone. I know you needed the time. But what is this that I read about you thinking about not coming back? I guess I won't fuss since you did come back. I really do understand how you feel! Speaking for myself, selfishly...I sure am glad you came home to Bama!! Love you!
