Massage is covered under BC/BS if a doctor orders it. I get one once a month for an hour for less than $5.00

Through a chiropractor or any medical doctor, even your PCP. The hard part is finding a masseuse that can bill the insurance. You'll usually find one at a chiropractor or through a hospital's physical therapy department. You'll just have to let your fingers do a little walking and find someone that takes the insurance. Asking your doc to do it is no problem.
