Sunday morning hugs!!!!

Sending out huge hugs on this wonderful Sunday morning.  You all have an awesome day.  I love y'all!!!  


Let the words of my mouth, and the meditation of my heart, be acceptable in thy sight, O Lord, my strength, and my redeemer.  (Psalm 19:14)

You know...when I was a small child and attended Vacation Bible School, I memorized this verse.  I have known this verse for probably 45 years or more.  However, I have only recently understood this verse.  I pray that the words of MY mouth and what I think about and meditate upon is pleasing to God.  I know that all too often my mouth says things it shouldn't and I meditate upon things I shouldn't, but my goal is to be acceptable in His sight because He is my strength and my redeemer.   

That is my prayer today too, and always!  Let the words that come out of my mouth and the thoughts that I think be acceptable to God!  He IS my redeemer and strength.  Thanks for this today my friend.

 Hugging you back, my sweet friend! It's a very stormy day here in N Alabama!!
I slept in today.....and may take a nap in a little while. I know I am going to watch "Valkyrie" at some point. Then tonight is the season premier of "True Blood" on HBO, and "Army Wives" is back on. For someone who doesn'****ch a lot of TV.......sounds like I will be doing a lot of that today!

Thank you and Mr. John so much for praying over Kyle. Keep praying. He has pneumonia now however; PRAISE GOD! He responded today!!! He opened his eyes for Kelly; He stuck out his tongue at her; blinked his eyes and squeezed her hand. He stayed awake the whole time she came in the room. He even teared up. She explained why he was there and how he was going to get strong and get off the ventilator soon!
PRAISE GOD!!! I know it's a relief to Kelly to get some response from him.
They did put in a central line and start antibotics to fight off the pneumonia.
So keep praying.

I got your message and just about shouted!!!  I knew when we were down there that God was going to give him and Kelly a break-through.  She needed to know he could hear her.  Oh God is awesome!!!!!!  He is gonna bring him through the pneumonia too.  I AM BELIEVING!!!!  I just appreciate so much the awesome privilege once again to see God work.
