Great pictures Loretta!!!!!

WOW you did such a wonderful job renovating your new home.  It is just beautiful.  You would never know it was the same house!!  You did a great job with the colors.  The front yard and the front of the house is really pretty.  The deck is really nice too.  It makes a different having a professional painter doing the work.  It must be nice to have a husband you love AND he is a professional painter!!! LOL

Thanks for sharing your photos.  I enjoyed the ones of the family too.  That Christian is growing up so fast.  My three are growning like weeds too.

By the way, I saw your post about prayers for Jill.  I didn't post, got side tracked, but I am praying.

Thanks so much Connie.  We are still in the progress of working on the house.  We still have a few baseboards and windows to do inside and the window outside.  All of the storm windows are down right now so that Kyle and paint glaze and paint them.  We still have the front porch to paint as well.   Kyle's doing some epoxy thing....it will be tan with flecks of brown, black and white and textured so it won't be slippery when it rains.  The yard still needs lots of work.  We have to get the water dept. out to work on that exposed water line down by the road and fill in that ditch with a drainage pipe and dirt.  We told them we'd take care of the grass if they would just get it done.

I would love to see some pics of your grandkids  I'll bet they really are growing.  Christian and I sat and looked at our last years slide show of him on the computer last night.  He kept telling me who everyone was and when he saw himself, he would say his name.  He's such a smart little fella, it just amazes me.

Thanks for praying for Jill.  She's really giving us a hard time right now.  I think once she gets into college, she might get a little better. She just has too much free time on her hands right now.  She is still working part time.

Love the pics...love the house!  Y'all have done a great job on it!

Did I see it correctly?  Did Jill get the "question" popped?  or did my eyes deceive me????

That Christian is growing into a fine, handsome young man!

Thank you..  Still so much work to be done, but I know you understand.  The house looks small from the front, but there's a HUGE den and office on the back of the house.

Yes, unfortunately, Jill got the "question" popped and she said yes.  No date has been set and I pray that it doesn't.  LOL

Thank you for sharing your new home with us!!  My favorite parts would be the hard wood floors and the deck.  Enjoy your summer in your castle!!

Thank you Debbie.  I love my hardwoods too.  They are originals.  I love the deck and we've already started talking about expanding it.  The covered patio is great too.  It comes with power outlets and everything.  There is internet and cable set up out there as well.  The former owners worked as a supervisor for our local cable company and this thing was WIRED to the MAX.  We had a mess trying to figure everything out. We've had a lot of it taken out.

Phyllis, thank you so much.  We love the hardwoods too.  I had a lot of help with picking out colors.  Kyle did all the painting.  Still some trim work to do.  We ordered custom made energy effecient windows tonight so he doesn't have to ever paint those 24 grid windows ever again.  We had already taken down the storm windows so that he could prime and paint them, but had yet to get to them.  I know he's glad he didn't paint them already.  We got a excellent deal on the windows and I can't wait to get them all put in.  Woo hoo.
