What in the world is wrong

Hilary,
I do this for @ 4-6 days out of the month when I am having my monthly cycle OR when I am ill/sick. 
I will eat anything that is not nailed down...no lie! 
My best advice is to make good choices and to PLAN AHEAD KNOWING you will be eating alot that day!
My weight continues to slowly come off!  My goal is 160 and my lowest has been 166# so far.

Jackie, what are you down to now? Im so proud of you! my goal is 160 also. The lowest i ever got was 168. for ONE time i was 165, but i dont count that. 168 seems so far away. I refuse to have my plastics until im there tho! IM hoping by December thats where i'll be :)
