B-  Yogurt

L -  1/2 chicken breast

S-  3 strawberries

Sup - I fixed roast w/ potatoes carrots and onions, Pinto's, white cheddar macaroni. I only ate the macaroni ( just wasn't hungry)


Nothing tastes as good as being thinner feels.

I have to walk early in the morning, before my brain figures out what I'm doing.

I love roast. I have a huge one in the freezer but i never thaw it because i know it'll go to waste. maybe i can make it and bring it to work next week!

Hi Hillary...I had a decent day.

B - protein bar
S - about 8 almonds
L - kids chicken fingers
S - 8 almonds
D - scrambled hamburger meat (about 1/2 cup), lettuce, salsa, cheese  (the others had tacos.)
S- probably a protein shake
