HOWDY!!!! Im glad Monday is ALMOST over. If only 5pm could hurry up and come! I'd really appreciate it.

If you would, say a prayer for. I need them. my brother is stressing me out big time about my dads estate and thankfully, i didnt run to food! yay me. 

Today has been an ok day for me. So far.

B-Caramel Protein Shake
L-3oz of chicken and 4FF (they ate at 5guys again and i had to cave)
S-Protein bar -pure protein strawberry shortcake--im eating it now, wont be eating much of it. gritty.
D- protein shake i think. maybe ham and green beans. i'll edit in the morning

L - small refried beans
S - not sure yet

you just reminded me that i use to get pintos and cheese from Taco Bell and a regular taco and mix it together. It use to be so good. I'll have to do that again.

Well not to bad so far.
B- pecans
L- nothing
S- 1 slice of toast and 1 slice of low fat bologne and some more pecans
D- will be roast that I am cooking now in my bean pot with carrotts, bell peppar, and the seasoning that I added, mashed potatoes, green beans.
Not enough protein I know.

I love enchiladas. I use to makethe best chicken enchiladas but havent in a long time. I might do that soon.

S: 1/2 small banana & 3 PB Crackers
L: chicken nuggets from chic-fil-a
S: chocolate covered soynuts from South Beach Diet Snacks
D: will probably be a salad w/ff italian and a baked chicken strip, pending I find time to eat. I have to go from work straight to work tonight. I hope it is a good night, I am already pooped. It has been a long and busy day!

Sounds like everyone has done really well today!

B: Mixed Berry Yogurt - Publix FF - with granola added in 
S: 9 "Special K" Tomato Basil crackers (New product..YUMMY!)
L: Inside of a chicken parmasian sandwich (The boss took a couple of us to Houlihans today)
S: More of the chicken parm
D: Probably just a bowl of cheerios and skim milk
S: cheese stick wrapped in a piece of lf ham to get more protein in
