So I am like a hair shy from 3 months post op and its finally happened....the dreaded stall...i have been stuck at 261-257 for the last seems like forever.  (maybe 3 weeks) I have increased my fluid intake to 70+ ozs, and my protein to about 70-90 depending on the day.

I know i need to increase my exercise, but im just tired all the time...any pointers?

just keep truckin' sister, it'll happen. if you go back through my wls pics in my myspace you can see how much i lost each month in the comments section. i believe there was a month where i only lost 4 pounds and maybe 6 the next month? i'm not sure exactly but i know there were about two consecutive months (right about where you are now in fact) where i didn't lose very much weight at all. it isn't anything that you're doing wrong or that you're NOT doing. it's just that your body is having to catch up to all the weight you've lost. (basically, it's taking a breather.) BUT, i'll bet if you measure yourself during this time you'll find that you're still losing INCHES even if the scale decides to be a punk.

oh my friend I am right there with you.. I have been bouncing back and forth from 264-260 for weeks..(feels like months) ..  I tried water aerobics and love it, less stress on the joints and a good way to start a program.  I am dealing with an injury to my SI joint, physical therapy for a few weeks and its frustrating but I have to keep going and so do you.. how often are you weighing yourself?  I know I am being a bit obsessive with the scale and I had to remove it from sight for at least a week at a time.
all my friends that are a year or so out say to hang in and do what I am suppose to do and it will come off..so I am relaying the same message to you.. but I do understand your concern and frustration..
