Insurance questions
I have BCBS however it is with Georgia. I do know they all are so different so anything I experienced in GA will probably be totally different than AL.
If you have questions specific to your insurance I'd suggest calling your customer service number on your ID card. Normally the Drs office is very familiar with insurances procedures for all of the plans they participate in.

I also have Blue Cross of Alabama and I also have lapband. I was denied the first time mine was sent in but approved the second.

I made it to 173 then went back up to 195..Now its time to get busy again and lose this weight that I have gained. I quit smoking and put some weight back on. I am going to get it off starting NOW!
