Hey Susan I took some broccoli bread, not sure if someone else did but here is my recipe.
10 oz broccoli thawed. I could not find that size bag and used the whole 12 oz bag.
8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
1 onion chopped
4 eggs
1/4 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup melted butter
1 tsp salt
1 box jiffy corn muffin mix
mix all the ingrediants except the cornbread together and then add the corn bread mix. It will look to dry but do not add more liquid. Spread into a 9x13 casserole dish that has been sprayed and then dusted with cornmeal. Bake at 400 until golden brown about 25 to 30 min. Hope this is the one that you want.
