2 Corinthians 5:10

King James Version For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad.

Judgment.......

Do you Judge others?  Do you expect them to live up to your standards?  Do you look at them differently when they fail to meet those expectations?  How often do YOU fail to live up to the expectations of those around you?

Fortunately.  We are not bound to live up to the expectation of anyone other than the Lord!  There will come a day when we must stand before him and give an explanation of our actions in this life.  He will Judge by his standard and his expectation....not those of a human.  Aren't we so fortunate that he is loving, kind and forgiving.  So much more than we ourselves are.

Try today to show love and compassion and when those around you disappoint....remember it's not your job to make judgment.  Pray that the Lord gives you understanding and assists them with their issues.

Great Word Lisa. Thank you so much for sharing. Someone said something a few weeks ago that has really stuck with me. Treat every person you meet with respect and friendliness. Everyone deserves to feel that they matter. When you pass someone by and ignore them you're sending the message that they aren't significant. I don't want to be guilty of that.
