IT'S ALMOST HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!

April 4 is almost here. I am hoping that all of you will be at Oak Mountain this Saturday for our annual Alabama Bariatric Support Reunion. Starts around 10:30 till you want to leave. Bring your favorite covered dish, wls friendly or non wls type dish. We will be in the Sandpiper Pavillion. All paper produts is furnished.  You might want to bring a lawn chair and some sun screen, the wheather channel say the temp will be mid 70's to upper 70's.   If you all need help finding us here is my cell# 256 453 7193, give me a call.
