Prayer warriors Please pray NOW...DHR Social worker just arrived at DD and SIL's home.  Pray for Justice...Thanks.

 

Connie, it's all going to be okay.  I believe.  Can't wait for you to post that it is all over and everything is good.

The Social Worker has been there and left.  She said that they are obviously a loving family and that it was a freak accident.  There was negligence because someone 16 or older should have been in the back of the truck with Ethan.  She is going to talk to Owen at school and she has my number as a reference for SIL.  She told them she would have to look around and make sure food was in the house.  When she went to leave she had forgotten to look around and my DD had to remind her.  She said she was so impressed with the home...she never sees them so nice, that she forgot.  She just opened the refrigerator and she had talked with Ethan alone in his room.  She did say the charges were not up to her.  When the was turned over to DHR, it was also turned over to the Child Advocacy Center and they would be investigating and making the decision about charges.

Prayers still needed...but I feel somewhat better.

Connie...I am praying and praising God for what He has already done.  He is in control and I know that He is going to guide the process and take care of things just as they should be taken care of.  I love you and will continue my prayers for you and your children and grandchildren.
