Thank you so much for asking. I am doing EXCELLENT!! I've had 6 of my 37 radiation treatments and will be thrilled when this is all over. My strength is returning but it has been a battle. Overall I'd say that this has been a very interesting learning experience and I have a new respect for not only cancer patients and cancer survivors but for all the doctors and nurses and staff that provide care. A couple of weeks ago I saw my oncologist walking down the hallway with his head in his hands. I felt such a compassion for him because I realized then how heavy a burden they must carry.
Anyway, I'm doing great and thank God that I'm nearing the end of this ordeal.
