Another carb monster update......

I am still doing pretty good with my carb restricted diet.  I have not been as strict this week as last but I am still watching pretty closely.  I have been so busy with the reception and work (High School graduation exam) this week that I have just grabbed something to eat along the way.  I know that is not the way to really stay focused.  I will do better next week!!!

 Just keep trying, my ladybug!! I have been terrible about eating junk lately...all started around Valentine's Day. Dang Cupid!!!!!

This is just MY opinion...
Sometimes you battle the carb monster meal to meal, sometimes hour by hour.
Don't be too hard on yourself. 
We ALL have difficult times (especially at work) where we make less than better eating choices, but we each are given a NEW DAY to start FRESH and NEW. 
You CAN beat this desire to eat high carbs. 
You CAN make GREAT eating choices that are GOOD for your body, mind, soul and spirit.  
It IS tough at first, but it gets easier and easier as you make these positive choices more and more.
You have the POWER within you to NOT be defeated and to be successful.  You CAN do this.
You are beautiful both INSIDE as well as on the OUTSIDE. 
You have a group of folks who LOVE you tremendously and who are ROOTING for you!!!  
We WANT you to SUCCEED!!!
