trash bag" taco salad


3 pounds Ground beef
Env. taco seasoning mix
Heads lettuce, shredded
3 cups (12 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
3 cups Chopped tomatoes
2 cups Chopped onion
3 cans (4 1/4 oz. ea.) chopped or sliced
  Ripe olives, drained
2 cans (15 oz. ea.) ranch or chili beans,
  Drained
16 ounces Bag corn chips
16 ounces Bottle Catalina salad dressing
12 ounces Jar salsa
Brown beef; drain. Add taco seasoning and prepare according to package directions. Cool. Toss with remaining ingredients in a large plastic bag

a different meatloaf

1¼ pounds Ground chuck
Egg, beaten
¾ cup Cheddar, cut in small cubes
  (optional)
1 small Onion, chopped
½ medium Green pepper, chopped
Stalk celery, sliced thin
  Lots black pepper, freshly
  Ground
  Dash paprika
  Seasoned salt
½ cup Milk
⅓ cup Breadcrumbs, Italian-style
Slices bacon
Combine chuck through seasonings. Add milk and breadcrumbs. If necessary, add a little additional mil****il it just barely keeps together in your hands when you try to pick it up. In small open roasting pan, form into oval. Lay strips of bacon on top. Bake at 450 for approximately 1 hour, or until bacon is crisp


crafty crescent lasagna

1 pounds Ground beef
1 cup Onions; chopped
Cloves garlic; minced
½ teaspoon Basil
½ teaspoon Oregano
6 ounces Tomato paste
½ cup Cottage cheese
1 teaspoon Parsley
8 ounces Crescent roll dough
1 cup Mozzarella cheese; shredded
Egg; beaten
  Sesame seeds

BEEF FILLING CHEESE FILLING CRUST Preheat oven to 375
degrees
. Brown beef, add beef ingredients and simmer 5 minutes, Set aside. Unroll dough on 15x10 cookie sheet, press perforations to seal. Spoon down the middle with half meat mixture, top with cheese mixture and remaining beef. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Fold shorter sides of dough up over meat mixture to seal entire filling. Brush with egg and sprinkle with seeds. Bake for 20 minutes or until brown. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.


Nothing tastes as good as being thinner feels.
