today.. is my 1 year surgeri~anniversary for RNY.. Down 78 pounds with the exception of gaining a few pounds over the last few days... It's been an expierence that I have to say that I would do all over again if I had the option. Yes I've had alot of questions that may have sounded really stupid at times.. but hey.. as they say.. don't ask ya won't know.. so I have learned alot from you all here on the Alabama Forum.. and I thank you from the bottom of my heart.. and I can't wait for Oak Mountain so I can finally meet you all....

Hi Happy Surgeri-versary! I was in Moulton Monday, Went up there to buy some wood.Went in Walmart too. We didn't get any wood from that man,so we came home, If I had had your phone no, I would have called you. Maybe next time. love your Froggy friend Ellen

Thank You Jacque, Lisa, Ellen & Randall for the congrats.. Just wish I would have lost more in this past year than the most of you have.. I've been such a slow looser, but I know it's my own fault cuse I love to eat too much...

Ellen, Yeah I wish you would have gotten in touch w/ me when you were in Moulton.. I would have loved to have given ya a big ole Howdie...

And Randall & Lucy... I can't wait to meet ya'll too next month...

Congrats to you Charlotte!!! We have the same Doc., do you go to any of the meetings? I use to go, but don't get to much anymore. Keep up the good work.
