I HAVE NEED ADVICE!!!
To those of you who have mastered things....
I really want a strawberry smoothie....REALLY BAD! And I looked up the sugar content of strawberries...they are actually pretty low. 100g of strawberry is less than 5g sugar. YAY!!
so...how do I make a smoothie with out milk! (milk has way to much sugar content for me!)

I don't use milk in my smoothies. I use protein whey, strawberries and bananas and ice and a little bit of water and blend together with my Magic Bullet. Sometimes I put a little yogurt in them when I want it a little creamier. Just play around with it until you find the right mix for your taste buds.

Lisa I love that milk but can't get it anywhere around here. Can't drive 50 miles for a half gallon of milk. So I started using Silk Soy sugar free and it is so much better than Calorie Countdown. It's a lot richer and stronger taste better to. Well, to me anyway. I just use milk in my coffee anyway. I'm using a lost less now because like I said it's stronger. However, I like to take bites of fruit.
That being said- it's natural sugars and I don't dump. BUT some do.
Sandi and Cynthia LOVE Smoothie King! And they can add protein to their smoothies for you!
SO added protein since you were also having B12 issues, I think they have an additive for that as well. Smoothie King has all sorts of stuff. I only like one smoothie there can't remember the name but I bet Cynthia does!

personally, i'd just take an rtd protein shake (such as the low carb slim fasts that i drink ~ 20 grams of protein and only 1 gram of sugar) and blend in a frozen strawberry or two. like, a vanilla flavored low carb slim fast to give it that base and consistency and then the frozen strawberries will blend into it like a smoothie (i would think anyway...)
