5 day pouch test anyone?

I went into my general PCP yesterday for an allergic recation and he told me after he was done treating me it wouldnt "hurt me" to lose another 10 lbs or so(Which would put me right at 150lbs), I have 6 to goal and hadnt really been in a rush to get them off. Now Im motivated as he sort of was implying that I should. I am starting the 5 day pouch test this morning if anyone would like to join Id love to have them do it with me even if they start tomorrow! 

Ok, remind me, what's the 5 day pouch test? I need to lose about 10 pounds just to make myself happy!

I've seriously been thinking of doing the 5 day pouch test too.. I really need to get my system back into the loosing mode.
