Whatch'yall COOKIN' this weekend?
I've made stuffed bell peppers and cornbread today. We'll have that for lunch/dinner. What are ya'll cookin' or eating this weekend\? I won't be cooking tomorrow, since Kyle has to go to work just after church. He will be working a double shift as well. I think my MIL is cooking me some pinto beans and spoonbread tomorrow. She is the only person I've ever heard of that makes spoonbread. It's kinda like mushy cornbread to me. I LOVE IT. I even like it COLD!
I just want to thank all of you that have prayed for my in laws and Kyle's family. His brother just below him called this week and told us he got saved , joined the church and has also been baptised. What an answer to prayer. Please keep his brother just above him who just lost his wife a few months ago in prayer. He's NOT doing well or handling things well at all. My inlaws have moved down here from WV to live with him and help him out,. We have gotten a lot closer to them after having a very difficult relationship with them for YEARS! We have prayed and prayed for them to come to know the Lord and we KNOW God is working in their lives. We can just feel and see the difference. Kyle's Dad is reading his Bible that Kyle gave him and they've been to church with us twice. It's not too late for them. It's NEVER too late to accept Jesus as your Savior and we will NOT give up on them. Just keep praying....

Not much cooking going on here. I feel like the flu bug is trying to attack me. sore throat, ears and just feel tired. Have the little ones tonight so they got to make homemade pizza using that pocketless pita bread you can get at costco. you know pizza is always a hit! I may do some of that buffalo chicken dip and some wings tomorrow if I feel up to it. kind of depends as I would have to go to the store for the wings
