Gov. Hunt died.

For those who have had not heard, Governor Guy Hunt died. While he had his share of controversy, he was a very sweet man.  My dad was he and Mrs. Helen's physician for years and the Hunts were always so nice and down to earth. The last time I saw Mr. Hunt was at my dad's funeral. He was as humble as always,offering prayer and support to my mom and family.

He passed away from lung cancer.

My thoughts are with the family.

 

I just heard.  This is sad.  He was a very nice man.  He knew some of the members of my family and they thought the world of him.  His family is in my prayers.

I was able to get to know him when he was younger, as my mom worked for the state! He was always such a nice man...he &  his wife both!
