Wha'ts for LUNCH????

We're having leftover chicken/broccoli alfredo made with whole wheat noodles. It's yummy.  We have yeast rolls left from dinner last night at Logan's. Gotta love that 2 for $12.99 menu.  Just gotta be there  before 6 and order.  Not a problem for us.  We eat early.  It's everyday from 3-6 pm.  They don't advertise it but for Mon-Wed, so you gotta ask for the menu or they won't tell you about it. But it's EVERYDAY!  We had mesquite grilled salmon, baked sweet tater and salad.  It was so good.  Christian ate steak tips and cinnamon apples for $2.00 and his drink was included.

Gonna clean out that fridge today and start a'fresh tomorrow.  Now....what can I cook for lunch tomorrow?  I think we'll have hotdogs for dinner tonight.

We are having Jacob's favorite for dinner tonight PIZZA!!

Kyle wanted Pizza last night, but I'm so TIRED of pizza.  I told him we could eat at Logan's cheaper than ordering pizza and I want to go out and have someone wait on me for a change.  LOL  Enjoy that pizza and tell Jacob HAPPY BIRTHDAY!  How's Gerry and Kat doing???  I think of Kat often.  I hope she is doing well.

Kat is out in California!! My sister got VERY ILL.. so Kathryn dropped out of school and drove out just last weekend. She will be back for next semester. But I think it is so good in so many ways.
First of all- Lynn needs her and what a better environment for Kat than a military base? Second, distance as much distance as we can possibly have between Alabama and California!!
Gerry is doing well. He starts driving in Drivers Education on Monday so stay out of Gulf Shores!! ROFL!!! He will be driving around 10am so driver's beware if you are in my area.
I am making frozen pizzas. Jacob picked the kind he likes and I got plain cheese. I baked him a cake and bought him so ice cream. He got lots of money from relatives and put it all together and we added some to it and he was able to get a PSP for his birthday!! He is so excited.
We got The Mummy 3 to watch tonight off Netflix so we will watch that while we enjoy pizza.
A cheap birthday all in all!! And Jacob got 2 used games because his brother gave him his leftover gamestop giftcard! So Jacob is very excited!!

Anyway.. Please continue to pray for Kathryn. I really know God was working this out. And I kind of hope in the back of my mind she finds an awesome college in San Diego and decides to stay. I don't know about her scholarship but if UAB offered one maybe she can qualify for one in San Diego? We shall see how these weeks pan out.. how my sister is .. and what Kat decides.

Thanks for the update on Kat.  I sure will be praying for her and your sister.  I hope everything works out for her to stay out there.  I totally agree with you that it might be the best place for her to be.  You have fun tonight with your boys too.  We're not going out anywhere tonight.  Just staying in.  My Daddy is on his way over to visit and play with Christian. Kyle had to go back to put another coat of paint on Christian's room.  Holly is spending the day with one of her high school  friends.  Oh, we went to LOGAN'S last night.  It was wonderful.

I have a couple of boneless pork loin chops with mushroom soup on them baking and a sweet tater. your pasta dish sounds good....I dont do pasta well but maybe I should try some whole wheat again and it might set with me better. I actually had thought of gettting a spaghetti squash tomorrow and making some kind of casserole with it and some home made sauce I canned.
