Thursday Coffee Talk

Good Thursday morning everyone!  I hope you slept as good as I did.  I was in bed and asleep before 9.  Guess I am getting back to my "old" habits.  HA!!

Our challenge for this Thursday is to get your protein in FIRST!  Protein is vital to us as WLS'ers.  I can honestly say that i have gotten in my protein the last few days before anything else.  When you up your protein intake, you up your chances to lose more.  Protein is also vital for hair and I can not afford to lose anymore hair!  LOL  So, join me today for higher protein intake?!

So, who's up?  What cha sippin on this morning?  Me?  I'm enjoying some awesome coffee that my wife made for me.  It sure is good too.  Especially since it had the extra touch of my wonderful wife.  I am so blessed!  She better be careful though.....she could spoil me this way!!  HEHEHE!

Good morning Randall!!!!  Protein has to come first always!!!  I lost a lot of hair at first and it never all came back, but most did.  I am making me a protein shake this morning.   We are gonna have some good ones on the cruise provided by Memaw Pat.  I can't wait!!!  Get that sermon ready (well a short  one LOL...we only have an hour in the room LOL).  I love y'all!!!  Have a great day!!!

Ladies going on the cruise..How many pairs of shoes are y'all taking?

Louise,after being married all these years you would think that our men would get the message,we women have to have shoes and purses.why do they have to have to many lures or golf balls?

Judy to be on the serious side I think that I am taking only one pair for dress. Everthing that I am taking dress I can wear with a pair of black sandal heels.
Lets not talk about golf balls, tees, or clubs. If he could he would take them daggum golf clubs.

Well...I think I have it down to 4 pair now.  I hope I can keep it there.  I am seriously trying to cut back on bags.

COUNTING DOWN THE TIME NOW!!!!!
 I(WE) can hardly wait till today is over . (I do hope you all are ready for Clyde and his crazy self).My Hubby or I have been sleeping good these last 2 days because we are excieted about getting out on the boat and have fun and much need time to rest.(The motor of the boat and the rocking of the boat relaxes me so much.)
We were talking about the last cruise the other night and we were missing everyone and he was asking about some of the ones that went with us and wishing that they were going with us this time.We will miss you all so much.I am not going to name names because we love you and miss you all. Hope our first day goes better than that first day on the boat the last time
Just have to unwine the brains and tempers for sure.(I am going to slip the hubby a pill )Well maybe I NEED THE HAPPY PILL.!!!!!!!!
We will be leaving out Friday about lunch headed to Pensacola Fl to stay with the kids and take our baby (KOKO) to stay with them and there baby(migette the garfield cat) We will get up Sat morning have that good moring cup of  and head to the boat and meet up with everyone by 12 or so.We will keep in touch  with you all as we get closer too the boat.
I have to work both jobs today also.Thinks that is a good thing so I will keep my mind from driving me crazy(
