Feeling soo sick to my tummy

I had to make Lemon Rolls for a new Restraunt that just opened up .
as I was making them I thought oooo just one lick of this lemon cream cheese frosting
so sneaking around I took one lick from the empty bowl... I don't know who I thought I was kidding doing this.
OMG what a mistake I'm 4 years post op ... I didn't think it would make me so dang sick to my tummy. anyways you guys have a wonderful night .. I'm off to lay down a bit to get rid of this
dumping I'm going through.
