WLS meeting in Alabaster

I went to a WLS support group meeting in Alabaster, and there were only 3 people there including me. I know there are more people that have been patients of Dr. Stahl, including my Dad. Maybe I can convince him to go next month. I will eventually go to the one in Birmingham too. I'm just not familiar with the neighborhood around Princeton and want to fix that so I won't get lost. I can go to both since there on different days. I met Brenda there and she was a very sweet person who lost over 100 pounds while juggling a full time job, husband and kids. Whew!
So far I've lost 17 pounds, 5 inches off my stomach and 4 inches off my hips.  Woo hoo! Do the happy dance.

WTG on -17!! So glad you are in a support group my friend!! They will help you alot!!

Hey, Jennifer. Glad to hear you are doing well. I'd love to meet you at our meeting sometimes if you'd like. We meet on the second Tuesday of every month at 5:30, in the 720 building near Trinity Medical. :)

Im a patient of Dr. SHerer.  Im proud of you for loseing 17 lbs.  I havent been to a meeting up there because i just cant get there and the gas prices.  You keep going.
