I have to tell you....I saw the Dalton pictures and he is such a precious little bundle of love and joy!

grandparents ever. His momma sure did not get in a hurry to get to the hospital. **NINE**????? Good thing
she did not decide to try and push along the way to the hospital!
I am glad to hear that things went well on the purchase of your new home--but sorry to know that you will be leaving the North Alabama area. You are such a HAPPY and warming presence in the area and you will be missed! I had to go and look at a map to see where Cantonment was at in Florida and it looks like you will be fairly close to the beach. I bet you and your family will love it there!
How long will you have before you close on the house and make your move?

The Concessions of the agreement on the loan are still being worked out, so our closing date is set, yet can be moved up with our request...which I will probably ask for a further out date due to get things ready. So, to answer you, I don't have an answer for you. I know what we are shooting for, but that's all I can say.
If you don't mind, say a prayer for our family too for Tim's got to find work there in the area. He's got a few leads on County jobs, much like what he does for the City of Madison. We have been looking online.
So far, EVERYTHING is just falling into line beautifully. God has His hands on our lives for I can SEE Him in everything.
And, as far as Brittney and the hospital is concerned, she was only in labor for 4 hours. The physician told her not to go the hospital until her contractions were 5 min. apart. She started contracting at 6 min. apart and was already dilated to 4-5 cm at the beginning of labor. By the time they were 5 min. apart, she headed out for the hospital (after showering), and then she was 9 cm. As I said, she was a trooper...and her motherly instincts have just kicked in beautifully with Dalton. She's breastfeeding him, and they are just bonding amazingly well. I didn't "expect" anything at all...bu****ching the 2 of them, Carolyn, it has brought me to tears. I'm SOOOO proud of Brittney!!! I'm seeing the WOMAN in her arise.
