prayers for my Grandma

My Grandma needs prayers. She is 93 years old and is so ready to go home. She has outlived her husband and both her children. She has pneumonia and is in alot of pain. Loratab doesnt help anymore. She has been ready to go and we are okay with letting her go. We are just waiting on the GOOD LORD.
