Surgery Today -- erin_akey

Congratulations to "erin_akey" from the Mobile area....she is having her surgery today.  I will email her husband later this morning to get an update on her.

Sandi thanks for the info.  It is good to hear of another sister in our area.  I hope to get to meet her soon at a support group meeting.

Watching for updates!! And praying for Erin and her family.

I just heard from Erin's husband...she's out of surgery and doing fine.

"Hey!  Erin is out of surgery and all is well!  We are in Rm 203 at Baptist Hospital. Plans are ice chips at noon and to stand her up at 3pm.  We are tahnkflul for all the thoughts and prayers!!!"

Erin, congrats on the surgery....did you have it at the Infirmary Hospital there in Mobile?  I am waiting for Dr. Hannon's office to let me know when I can schedule mine.  Please let us know how you are doing....we will keep  you in our prayers....Farmgirl58

Glad to know that Erin is doing well.  Now she's on her journey of being a LOOSER too!!!

I heard from Erin and she's going home today or tomorrow.  She said she was doing good. We should hear from her once she's home and feeling up to posting.
