Good morning everyone.
I can't believe I am the first one to post this morning. I had to get up. I fell at work yesterday and my knee was hurting. I work up stairs and when I was coming down I missed the last step. I fell on my knees. It does not hurt when I stand or walk but if I bend the left knee back it hurts BAD. We don't need another person in this house to have bone problems. Say a prayer that this will get better. I have to be able to do LOTS of walking in 10 days!!!

Yes ma'am, it is cold here! When I got up this mornig it was 21 with a wind chill of 17 ( I think that is what the weatherman said. I had not had my first cup of coffee...lol). It is suppose to be around 12 degrees Friday morning....brrrrrr! I am ready for warmer weather!!!

Good morning Debbie,pour on the green alcohol on that knee,keep it wet as often as possible..you gotta be able to bend and walk on our cruise..Just a few more days and we will be in "WARM"weather ,floating in a mighty beautiful ocean,if you not been on cruise you are in for a treat ,just the scenery alone is more than you can imagine.there is no words that can cover the sights or the feelings you see and feel while on this excursion.Have a Blessed day,take care,Hugs,Juju

Oh no. You are getting as clutzy as me. I fell last week. I was washing clothes and took clothes out of the dryer and stepped on a dryer sheet that had fallen. One foot north and the other went south. I now know how a wishbone feels. It jarred me but nothing was hurt but my dignity. Getting up out of the floor took a lot longer than getting down on it.
Hint, for deep brusing or strains. Take a brown paper bag and cut in strips. Soak in vinegar and wrap around the knee. The vinegar takes out the swelling and promotes healing. The brown paper works a lot better than a bandage or cloth.
