How are you girl??

Micheleluv and Crook don't have internet. I missed them this weekend. Yesterday they were without power for awhile and then no internet or cable. Hope it's back on soon!!

I dunno where ya live but if not far would love for you to join us.. And we are going to church at 9:30.. I'm going with my sister Michele.

I am going to be in town! So I am going to have to see my Vickie!!
I know she is going to do well and bounce right back to her smiling self!!
I had health issues but I've know others that just bounce right back.

Posting things we can't eat??? You have posted some great recipes. Most of us don't cook strickly non/fat non/sugar. We have families we cook for and cook normal foods. I personally thank you for the recipes that you have posted. Love you. Miss Mary
