why, why, why.....

...why do we think that 2 years out from surgery we can go back to old habits????  It was only a LITTLE piece of apple pie.....  One of the most violent dumping episodes I've ever had.  Once again, I solemnly vow NOT to test my pouch.  (yeah, right!)

Going to bed now.  Don't make my mistakes!!!!!!

Oh my.....not that evil "duming" AGAIN!  Been there, done that a million times in the past 6 1/2 years.  Shew....ain't fun either.  A couple of weeks ago, I ate a tiny sliver of lemon pie.....went down so good....the next night I had another little sliver.......UH OH....  I was a pitiful sight that night.......

Great that apple pie again.  Well I can't even have more than one bite and thank GOD I still dump...

Im actually quite jealous. (weird, i'd say that right?) But i just DONT DUMP.
Some days i wish i did, i think i wouldnt have some of the issues i do now :(

I thought the syndrome finally left me

 

But today I just had a spoon of coconut cream pie and UGHHHHHH got the sweats, shakes and sleepies again
