It's FINALLY Friday ya'll.  Time to rise and SHINE!!  Let the sun come in and brighten the day!

Our challenge today is to have a YOU day!  Do something good for you because you deserve it.  You all know that every now and again, I LOVE having you days.  TODAY IS A YOU DAY!  Get yourself a treat.  Buy something you normally wouldn't buy!  I'm having my you day today at the office and then home to spend it with my baby.  We are going to do a movie tonight.  We went out last night to celebrate the OFFICIAL JOB CALL!  She got the job and SHE IS BLESSED let me tell ya.  Monday through Friday, off for our cruise in January (had to tell them up front HA!) and they were fine with that, and benefits galore.  God really blessed her/us.  I took her and Allison out to Santa Fe steak house.  MMMM MMMM Good!  We behaved though.

So, whos up?  What cha sipping on?  Me?  I'm loving me some Maxwell House with Gingerbread creamer and whipped cream.  NOT sugar free.  I KNOW!  Shame on me!!!

Ya'll have a wonderful and blessed YOU day!  I know I will...........

I have to walk early in the morning, before my brain figures out what I'm doing.

Congrats to Lucy & YOU too!!!

I was sippin' on Coffee with Caramel Apple creamer.  It was good.

I *THINK* I am going to buy myself an early birthday gift.  Vera Bradley has some of her prints on sale (on line), and I *think* I will buy myself my very 1st purse from her.  The purse is only $25.00!!!!   Can't beat that!!!! That will be my "YOU" day blessing for myself!

Jackie, go and buy yourself that handbag, you deserve it.
I bought one then the next week saw them on line, I paid $40, they were on sale for $25 and are now $20!!! It was the hipster
. They seem to be great quality and they are washable, and yours will be a bargain to boot!

Thanks!  I'm getting the red Mesa print.  It is red with paisley print.  I think it is classy looking...I really like it.
My Mom has been eye-ing the pink elephant print, so I think I will get her that for Christmas.
I didn't know they were washable???
I was amazed at all the products that she has...from dog leashes/carriers to linens!  I just want a purse.

Jackie, the red mesa is very pretty, I actually bought it in the on the go bag and wound up giving it away. I think I really prefer the hipster anyway.for me.
I have heard that they are handwashable, but also heard that they are machine washable.
I like them because they are light, organized, washable and now they are on sale!
Enjoy! Jan

Alrighty Jan...I got the Pea**** Green!  I know I said I would get the Red Mesa, but I LOVE the Pea**** Green.  I found a style on sale for $25, so I got it.  I think I am going to really like it.
I got my Mom's Christmas present too.  She likes the Pink Elephants.  I got her a purse, wallet and check book cover all for $38!!! Can't beat that with a stick.
The hipsters are making a come back.  Remember @ 14-15 years ago, we were carrying them then?  Now, I am seeing them everywhere again!  I like them, but not as much as a backpack.  I just can't carry a hipster...I have too much "STUFF"!!!

That is a pretty color too, I really think you will like them.. and your Mom will love the pink elephants and you really can't beat the value.
I will check with them from now on before I buy.
I got hooked on the crossbody bag after I had shoulder surgery, its just so much easier I really had to pair down, but I sometimes carry a tote bag with extra stuff, I just don't carry it everywhere, lol
Enjoy!   Jan

YAY Lucy!  I am sooo glad to hear that you got the job.  Sounds like a wonderful opportunity for you.  I pray you will love your new job and that it is a great fit for you.  I know you will fit right in because you are such a wonderful person.

So, today's challenge is to take some "me" time.  Boy do I like that.  I am getting my 3 yo granddaugjter this afternoon which really makes me happy.  She is a shining light in our lives.  We even have a play  date scheduled for tomorrow morning for breakfast in the park.  I will have to make an extra effort to find some ME time at work.  We are extremely short staffed (two people out due to surgeries...see prayer list) so I am picking up a lot of extra work this week.

I'm sipping on my usual espresso.  The husband made it this morning so it's particularly strong (he likes it super strong).  So I only need a small (half) cup today.  Need to continue focusing on getting my water in so I will be sippin on that most of the day.

Love to all!  Have a great "ME" day!
Sandi
