Beef Casserole
4 Lbs Beef ( not ground) cut into pieces
2 cups of diced celery
1/2 garlic Bulb
1 cup Cherry tomatoes sliced in half
1 cup red wine
salt, pepper, thyme and dried sage
Preheat oven to 180- 200 degrees
Now, throw the celeries, garlic and cherry tomatoes into an oven cooking dish.
Add beef and mix it together with the rest of the ingredients.
Season it with salt, pepper, thyme and dried sage to bring it to flavour
Pour red wine over it all
Cover the oven dish with aluminum foil. Leave it in the oven for 1 hour and a half.
Once ready take the oven dish out and remove the foil. Leave it to cool for about 10 minutes.
