Monterey Tortilla Casserole

  • 1 cup coarsely crumbled tortilla chips
  • 2 cups cubed cooked turkey or 2 cups cooked chicken
  • 1 can (about 15 oz.) cream-style whole kernel corn
  • 3/4 cup Pace® Picante Sauce
  • 1/2 cup sliced pitted ripe olive
  • 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • Chopped green pepper or red pepper
  • tortilla chips

LAYER crumbled chips, turkey, corn and picante sauce in 1-qt. casserole. Top with olives and cheese.

BAKE at 350°F. for 40 min. or until hot. Top with pepper. Serve with chips.


Nothing tastes as good as being thinner feels.

Oh Vickie thank you for sharing, looks like this is what we shall be eating for dinner!  I got all the ingrediants and will start fixing it as soon as Days Of Our Lives finishes as 2pm...go****ch days.  LOL!   1 question thoug...do I use cream corn or whole style?
