Crock Pot Smothered Pepper Steak

1/2 c. all purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 1/2 lbs beef chuck or round steak
1 lge. onion, sliced
1 can tomatoes
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 (4oz) can mushrooms, drained
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 can French style green beans, drained

Combine the flour, salt and pepper in a plastic bag. Cut the beef into strips; add to bag and shake to coat. Discard the flour mixture and place beef in crockpot. Add onion, tomatoes, green peppers, mushrooms, soy sauce and beans. Cook on high for 1 hour; reduce to low and cook for 6 hours. Serve with rice or noodles.


Nothing tastes as good as being thinner feels.
