Good Morning Elle.  Im here at home and Brooks is at school.  Im doing nothing today.  The only thing im doing is feeding a calf that has to be bottle fed.  Its fun so its not work.  I cleaned house yesterday.

I am getting off around 12:00 or maybe a little before!!!!  I'm excited.  John and I are gonna run to Oxford and get my makeup...boy do I need it.

Nope Im back to work this evening. Today will be my first day back since I had surgery 2 weeks ago, I can tell already its gonna be a long day!

Hey my Alabama friends!  I like to pop in and check on ya'll every now & then!

I have a government position so COULD have the day off, but made plans to work and use the deferred holiday for a camping trip later this week.  Our kids have Weds-Fri off for a state-wise teachers workshop.  Only now my hubby can't get the time off!  

Well, I decided to keep to my original plans and take those 3 days off anyway.  My kids aren't getting any younger, and I want to spend all the quality time I can with them - for as long as I can!

The kids went back to school today and I watched folks make engines and ship them off. I won't get a day off until Thanksgiving!
