Between a sore mouth (big dental work last week and this coming week) and sinus problems I have given up on sleep!  So I am up doing laundry and about to make coffee.  Taking my JR pup Biscuit to Meridian today to have a grooming at Petco.  We love Petco. He will get to pick out a new toy and I'll browse through Books a Million while he's being beautified.  We'll go to Chick Fil A after where I will get a three piece strip and he will get a nice cool glass of water.  (Bicuit does NOT eat people food).  When we get home I will be trying my hand at homemade organic dog treats!  Wish me luck and pray that I don't poison my fur baby!

My goal today is to excersize a bit more and to really, really, really get in ALL my water!!!

Everyone have a great day and if you come up with a new crock pot recipe, send it my way!

You have a busy day.  Biscuit is a lucky pup.  Getting all that pampering.  Can you take my fingers with you?  They need a manicure

Morning John,
I'm with you, gave up on sleep and have been up an hour or so cleaning and part of the house where nobody is sleeping. I get up early every day during the week and it's hard to retrain the body to sleep a couple of extra hours on Saturdays!
We have a JR too and boy are they a handful!!!!! I wouldn't trade him for anything in the world though. His name is Buddy (AKA Nutty Buddy - LOL) and he is a rescue dog. He bring us hours of entertainment and tons of loving. He, along with Tiny (or Tiny Whiney as her daddy refers to her) completes our little family.
You and Biscuit have fun today!

Biscuit IS a handful!!!  He is 9 months old.  My church choir gave him to me the week before Christmas.  What a wonderful present!  Biscuit has graduated from Petco's Puppy Kindergarten and next week starts the AKC Good Canine Citizen classes.

He's going to be smarter than me!

Hey John, I have a T-cup Poodle named Dandy Dusty Ray. He is 17 years old . my time with him is limited. He is my bested friend ! I cry alot thinking of his age and how he has gotten old, but he still stays right at the back of my feet every where I go. Pamper that furbaby !! I hope you have a wonderful day !!

Nothing tastes as good as being thinner feels.

I have to walk early in the morning, before my brain figures out what I'm doing.

17 years old!  Wow!!!  I know you love your fur baby.  Biscuit is all gleaming after his grooming.  He slept all the way home, played with his new toy for awhile and is now sacked out for his afternoon nap.  That gives me a few minutes to catch up on MY work!

Hey John,

Go to http://dayzines.com to join a free email newsletter for healthy crockpot recipes.  You get a recipe in your inbox and they are really good!  I haven't made them all of course, but the ones I have tried are great!

THANK YOU!!  I just LOVE a crock pot.  Doesn't heat up the entire kitchen  and clean up is fairly easy.  I have three of them in various sizes and usually on Saturday all three are going!  I make meals for the whole week ahead and freeze plates.  Healthier than Lean Quisines.  Tastier too!
