You might want to check with your doctor - sometimes its a sign of a deficiency.

As odd as it may sound, you may need to get in more water. This can be a sign of dehydration.

Yes that is so true!!
I crave salt when I'm dehydrate or have other problems!
Have your bloodwork checked and drink MORE water!
